1. Subject and Scope of the Terms and Conditions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the legal terms of use of the website available at https://rillie.app (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2. The T&C shall be binding on all natural persons who view or voluntarily submit their email address via the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these T&C. Any amendment shall enter into force upon publication on the Website (T&C 1.3).

2. Purpose and Nature of the Website

2.1. The Website serves the purpose of presenting the upcoming Rillie mobile application and related services, and collecting the interest of visitors through voluntary email submission.
2.2. The Website does not currently offer purchases, payment functions, account creation, or access to any digital services. Consequently, no service agreement is concluded between the Operator and the User (T&C 2.2).

3. Email Submission and Communication

3.1. Submitting an email address is voluntary and solely intended to enable contact between the User and the Operator.
3.2. The Operator may use the submitted data for the following purposes:

• providing information about the launch or development of the Rillie application;

• sending newsletters and promotional materials only with the User’s explicit consent (see Privacy Notice §3.1);

• customer support communication.

4. Rules of Website Use

4.1. The User shall use the Website in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
9.2. For any legal dispute arising from or related to these T&C, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Budapest II and III (T&C 9.2).

10.1. These T&C apply exclusively to the Website and its current functionalities. The use of the Rillie mobile application will be subject to separate terms of service.
10.2. By visiting the Website, the User accepts these T&C.

10.4. If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
